LDS Speaking at the Lutheran Nurses Association Meeting

A couple weeks ago, the Lutheran Nurses Association met for their July meeting, and CEO Michael and Developmental Educator, Elyse, joined them to speak about LDS.

Michael and Elyse presented at the Lutheran Nurses Association. Michael discussed LDS’ values and the structure of the organisation. Elyse described her role as linking behaviour practitioners with clients and filling the gap for behaviour supports when the client has no funding for this. Elyse also gave examples of strategies that have been introduced with clients, recognising that their input and feedback is critical to the success of strategies. Staff and teamwork also play a large part in this as we want to ensure all of our clients receive a consistent approach.

Michael and Elyse enjoyed being given the opportunity to speak at the Lutheran Nurses Association, and were glad to have met the ladies there at the event.

Thank you again for hosting us, LNA!
